Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Items shipped from www.yoursvital.com can generally be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment if the product is damaged or defective through the [insert returns mechanism].
2. Please note that certain products, due to their nature, have different returns policies associated with them. Please see terms and conditions associated with individual items as set out at paragraphs 24 to 35 below.
3. We do not accept returns of products if you determine that you no longer need or want the product.
4. Returns will only be processed, at our sole discretion, if the product:
a. is damaged or defective but that damage or defect was not caused by you or caused while in your possession;
b. is identical to that shipped to you; and
c. is returned in identical condition as when it was received by you (i.e. it is sealed/unopened if applicable, is unused, with the original brand/manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories).
Beauty Products
5. This includes skin cleaners, skin moisturizers, face masks, and other external skin treatments, shampoos, conditioners, body deodorants, fragrances, lip and hair colors, sunscreens, and make-up if and to the extent that they are unused.
6. These products are eligible for return for a full refund, subject to these Terms, within 15 days of delivery. In the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement if applicable.
7. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, brand/price tags attached, user manual, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
Personal Care Appliances
8. This includes shavers, trimmers, epilators, scales, medical devices, wellness devices, blood pressure monitors, mobility aids, respiratory appliances, hand and foot massagers, and any other medical or wellness devices where the function of the device is primarily or wholly delivered by electronic components (except for specific devices listed under other categories) if and to the extent that they are unused.
9. These products are eligible for return for a full refund, subject to these Terms, within 15 days of delivery. In the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement if applicable.
10. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, brand/price tags attached, user manual, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
Grocery and Gourmet Food
11. This includes all food and food products that are for human consumption.
12. These items are not returnable to us due to the consumable or hygienic nature of the product. In the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, subject to these Terms, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
13. We may contact you to request information (including photos and/or videos) and assess the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
Personal Care Supplies, Household Supplies, Nutrition Products and Consumables
14. This includes:
a. Household Supplies: laundry products (e.g. detergents, fabric conditioners), household cleaners (toilet cleaners, floor cleaners, hand washes, tissues, wipes), air fresheners (sprays, gels) etc.
b. Personal Care: any item associated with oral care (e.g. toothbrushes, toothpastes, mouthwashes, electric toothbrush, flossing devices), feminine hygiene products (e.g. sanitary pads, underwear liners, other menstrual products), non-electronic shaving and hair removal products (e.g. razors, blades, shaving foams, brushes, combs, beard oil, beard serum, wax products, hair removal creams and gels), haircare, coloring and styling, bath and shower products, hand soap, antiseptic sprays, creams or gels, and other analogous products.
c. Family Nutrition: infant and baby food and drinks, diet and nutrition supplements (e.g. gummies, powders, gels, tablets), vitamin and mineral supplements, and any other form of health supplement (e.g. blood sugar supplements, hydration supplements, reproductive health supplements.
d. Temperature-controlled Products: any products which are required to be stored and delivered in temperature-controlled conditions (e.g. chilled or frozen items).
15. These items are not returnable to us due to the consumable or hygienic nature of the product. In the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, subject to these Terms, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
16. We may contact you to request information (including photos and/or videos) and assess the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
Returns Process
17. If you wish your product to be considered for return, please contact us via email hello@yoursvital.com. If your product is eligible for return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the product from you.
18. After the courier picks up your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.
19. If we determine that a refund or replacement is due to you, please note that it may take 5 to 7 business days to show on your payment card statement or to ship your replacement.
20. Products identified as "non-returnable" in these Terms cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a non-returnable product is damaged, defective, or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, if available.
21. We may contact you to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement, as applicable. We reserve the right to request further information, or collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement.
22. Some items may be eligible for replacement only. If the exact same product is not in stock, we will issue a refund.
Limitations on Returns and Refunds
23. In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning products, returning products that are not in original condition, or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, we reserve the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
24. We will not accept return of any product that is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from us. In the event we receive such items, we will not be able to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and such action may result in restrictions on your account, including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation and/or account closure.
Promotional Offers & Short-Dated Stock
25. From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, bundles, gifts, or limited-time offers on selected products. Some promotional offers may include selected short-dated stock, which means certain units may have a shorter remaining shelf life than our standard inventory. Where applicable, this will be reflected in the promotional pricing and/or stated on the relevant product or offer page.
26. If we make ‘Buy 2 Get 1 Free’ offers (or similar discounted pricing on products), some orders may be fulfilled with products that have expiry dates that are nearer than expiry dates on the same products sold at full price.
27. By purchasing a promotional or discounted product, you acknowledge and accept that:
a. promotional stock may include a mix of batch dates and expiry dates;
b. discounted pricing may reflect shorter-dated inventory;
c. unless otherwise stated, products sold remain within their safe and intended shelf-life period at the time of dispatch.
28. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or limit any promotional offer at any time, including where stock availability, batch allocation, or operational errors occur.
29. We reserve the right to not offer any refund, returns, or replacement on promotional or discounted products.
Accuracy of Information
30. It is possible that information on our Website contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, at any time and to change these Terms without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
31. We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information on our Website including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No one update or refresh date applied on the Website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Website or on any related service has been modified or updated.
Backups
32. We are not responsible for retaining content published on our Website. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of any content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate copies of any content on our Website, or any data provided to you because of a product purchase, that you wish to retain.
Changes and Amendments
33. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
